Marriott International is the world's largest hotel group, with more than 30 brands organised into tiers by positioning. The "JW" in JW Marriott stands for J. Willard Marriott, the company's founder, and this line is placed in the Luxury group alongside names such as Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis. Foreigners can buy at Grand Marina under 50-year ownership (renewable per Vietnamese law) with a cap of 30% of the units per building, and this applies equally to the Marriott and JW Marriott towers.

  • 50-year ownership, renewable under Vietnamese law; transfer and lease are allowed.
  • A 30% cap on units for foreigners in each building — so some towers or unit types may have run out of "foreign quota".
